Officers

Jose M. Layug, Jr.

Independent Director

 

 

Jose M. Layug Jr. is the Chairman and an independent director of the Property Manager and is also an independent Director of the Company. Mr. Layug has been a Senior Partner at Puno and Puno Law Offices since 2013. He has also been the Dean at the University of Makati School of Law since 2018. Atty. Layug has been the President of the Developers of Renewable Energy for Advancement, Inc. from 2019 to present. He was the Chairman of the Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Board from 2016 to 2018. He also served as the Undersecretary for the Department of Energy from 2010 to 2012. Atty. Layug has a Masters of Law from the Cornell University, a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, both from the University of the Philippines.
