Investor Relations Program

Investor Relations serves as the intermediary between the company and the investment community, among others. As a listed entity, the IR Team should comply primarily with the disclosure guidelines set forth in the Securities Regulation Code.

Communication

The CREIT IR Team promotes an effective communication with stockholders, internal and external stakeholders, and the general public, by providing timely, relevant, and accurate company information that will aid in proper valuation and investment-decision making. The Citicore Energy REIT (CREIT) Team ensures these through regular conduct of analysts’ briefings, participation in investor conferences, and hosting site visits and facilities tours.

Accessibility and Consistency

The CREIT IR Team, together with the President and CFO, meets with investment fund managers as well as institutional investors, local and foreign alike, to discuss in detail the company’s core businesses, operational and financial performance as well as strategic plans. To ensure transparency and consistency in information, only publicly-disclosed information will be shared with stockholders and the investing community.

Accuracy and Timeliness

The CREIT IR Team reviews, verifies, and approves all relevant materials to safeguard the accuracy of information prior to disclosure. Together with the Compliance Officer, the IR Team ensures that all structured and non-structured disclosures are duly submitted and disclosed to the Philippine Security and Exchange Commission and Philippine Stock Exchange within or before the prescribed period, and uploaded in the Corporate website, to provide updated and timely information for stakeholders and other users at all times.
