Citicore Energy REIT (PSE:CREIT) posted a net income attributable to owners of 209.5 million Philippine pesos ($4 million) in 2021, higher than 104.1 million pesos recorded in 2020.
Basic earnings per share rose to 0.08 pesos from 0.04 pesos, according to a Tuesday filing.
Revenue for the twelve months amounted to 352.3 million pesos, higher than 269.1 million pesos a year earlier, driven mainly by the sale of electricity from the Clark Solar plant and land lease revenues from Citicorp Solar Tarlac 1 and 2.
