Citicore Energy REIT Corp. (CREIT or the “Company”) declared total annual dividends of Php 0.203 per share, a 0.5% increase from 2024’s total annual dividend. This marks the Company’s largest annual cash dividend declaration since listing in the Philippine Stock Exchange in 2022 and equates to an annualized yield of 6.3%, based on the March 24, 2026 closing price of Php 3.22.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, the Company declared dividends of Php 0.056 per share, higher than the Php 0.055 per share distributed in the fourth quarter of 2024. The dividend is comprised of guaranteed base lease revenues for the fourth quarter of 2025, as well as special dividends derived from incremental variable lease revenues generated from its tenants during the year.
“As CREIT reaches its fourth year, we are proud to declare our highest dividend in a single quarter and total annual dividend to-date. With the significant growth of its sponsor, Citicore Renewables, shareholders can expect CREIT to mirror its trajectory moving forward. As CREC grows, CREIT will have a clear pathway for infusions which will drive dividends up each quarter,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Oliver Y. Tan.
Dividends for the 4th quarter of 2025, amounting to Php 0.056 per share declared on March 25, 2026, will be payable on May 21, 2026, to shareholders on record as of April 24, 2026.
CREIT’s sponsor, CREC, has a goal of 5 gigawatts (GW) in 5 years. CREIT’s unique green asset portfolio, with total landholdings of 7.1 million square meters and backed by 100% occupancy, has allowed the Company to consistently declare above-prescribed dividends since its listing in the stock market in February 2022.
